In December of 2012 Jax Fish House was at the top of the world, routinely pulling down local and national “Best of” awards, packed to the gills from the time the doors opened at 4:00 pm. Most would have been content to maintain the status quo. Not us. In an effort to ensure that we are giving our guests the very best service and experience in the world, we literally rebuilt our restaurant from the ground, up.
Beginning January 2013, Jax is bigger, better, fresher and luncher. We’ve doubled the size of the world famous Oyster Bar and brought the kitchen into the dining room with made to order soups and pan roasts, prepared before your very eyes. For the first time ever, we are open for lunch, serving what we believe is the freshest, fastest and smartest menu, around. Come in today and re-experience what unconditional hospitality means.

LUNCH is served
Since the day we first opened the doors at Jax Fish House and Oyster Bar, the question we’ve heard most often is, “When are you going to open for lunch?” On January 21st, 2013 we answered that question with the freshest, fastest and smartest midday menu, around. Stop in Monday thru Friday, from 11:30am til 2pm and see what it means to experience unconditional hospitality, in the middle of the day.
Pan-roasts, Sandwiches, Soup made to order and many of your favorite Jax classics, served in the liveliest atmosphere in LoDo. And if you’re in the mood for a late lunch or mid-afternoon pick me up, Jax is serving fresh shucked oysters and a limited menu from 2pm, with Happy Hour and Dinner begin at 4pm. Clearly, there’s never a bad time to be here.
